Its makes a 90 bend into the cover. Looking at it I can't see where the old pcv valve is or where to attach the new one. Maybe i was removed by former owner.
The hose from the throttle body to the right side valve cover is part of the PCV system but it is the fresh air supply to the crankcase. The PCV valve is under the left side fuel rail cover in the side of the intake manifold connected by a U shaped hose back to the the intake manifold vacuum supply.

Reason: spelling error

It isn't too hard to find, but it isn't all that anxious to come out. Be careful with the U shaped tube or it will crack.
Don't feel bad optiprime, I have had a new one laying on the counter in the garage for about a month, trying to figure where it goes. The FSM don't give a lot of information on it. Thank god someone had the b@lls to ask this question on the forum, I didn't!

Take some time to learn your FSM, all the information is there, try book two, should be section C13, Crankcase Ventilation System.
