please help----->
1992 Corvette LT1 engine with ZF6 transmission.
while disassembling the engine I lost the ball that plugs the intersection of an oil gallery in the block at one of the holes in the rear main cap next to the oil pump. where can I buy one, or can I just reinstall everything without it???

just in case, this information can be useful to someone else, I found out from another very reliable forum that you must reinstall the "ball" back in its place because It diverts oil to the filter.
PN 3701638 from GM or just use a cup plug.
