C4 Tech/Performance L98 Corvette and LT1 Corvette Technical Info, Internal Engine, External Engine

I need help pretty quick on this LT1 bracket...

I didn't get it in any pics....

I got threadlock dryin' on 8 of these bolts, untorqued.

That black bracket bolts to the last bolt on the right rear of the intake manifold. That should actually be a stud with a separate nut on top that holds the bracket, the curved part faces down and secures the wiring harness.

Curved part down. And towards the EGR-to-intake inlet?

That sounds right. I'll see if I can get a picture and post.



Not the best view with the air tube in the way but the bolt is just below the tube, the curved part is on the right side of the tube, the other part sticks up on the left of the tube.

The car is my wifes toy, mostly a garage queen, I get my kicks modding it. Like most gals she likes the appearance stuff so when I want to sell her on roller rockers for example I explain it is a great opportunity to replace those boring plastic valve covers, same for coated headers to replace those ugly rusty manifolds!
