1.6 rockers and headers
My car 75,000 miles, 1993 LT1 Auto, new MSD Opti, the rest is bone stock. Although I aim to change that stcok part a little
Here's my ideas:
SLP 1.6 rockers, LT4 springs, and headers with complete exhaust from StainlessWorks. Oh and a cold air intake.
Now for the questions, will this gain me a little bit of horsepower and still maintain everyday drive-ablity?
And SLP good people?
Thank you for your time.

I would guess about a 40-50chp gain in power, while being very streetable...
I would add an AFPR and bump fuel pressure a bit to match the added air flow at WOT.

Devide the Lift's by .9375 and that will give you your new lift with the
1:6's
Definatly shouldn't require any PCM Tuning.

In my 95 I have the LT4 hotcam kit & long tube headers (and a tune) and I have no drivability problems what so ever. I commute in stop & go driving for an hour every morning.
So my guess would be that you don't need a tune unless you put the cam in.

I would also consider a 52mm throttle body and cold air intake. If you increasing the vale lift and exhaust flow you will also want to increase the air intake. The engine is an air pump the more efficient the air goese in AND out the more performance you will get. I would also consider a chip mod. Even without mod's a chip mod will help.
