Yes, the adjustable suspension is an option.

Was it mechanically the same as FX3? with actuators and gears on the shocks?

It's called Selective Real Time Damping and has sensors at each wheel. It's an upgrade from FX3, much faster acting and, from what I've read is not inter-changable with FX3.

The FX3 shocks had little cogs ad crowns. How do the F45 shocks differ in appearance from a regular or FX3 shock?
Thanks

Also, the F45 Selective Real-Time Damping system has a computer that calculates and adjusts each shock individually, rather than all four at once as FX3 does.
Adjustments are made in something like 10-15 every millisecond.

The F45 was a one-year-only option.

No FX3 on 96
F45 and it also came in 97 with C5. Was that an experiment?
The F45 shocks for a 96 are WAY DIFFERENT.
FX3 Rules !! I wish my 95 was a FX3 Vette
