Coil grounding strap
1995 LT1 - I think I am missing my coil grounding strap. 
I recently removed the coil and do not remember seeing one, nor connecting one.
I recently had a no spark situation, replaced the ICM and it started. Two days later, back to the no-spark condition. Only code is DTC #12, which apparently tells me nothing. FSM seems to be pointing at an ignition ground problem.
Can anyone tell me what it looks like? Where it starts and ends? Do I have to purchase one? Or can I make one?

I recently had no start with a Code 42 and after replacing ICM, Opti, and ECM it was the coil!!!!!!!!
Seems like Code 12 is just a burned out SES light if I remember correctly?????
