On my way to work this moring the vette died. It was like a switch So I will look at the ingnition first. What I need to know is if the Ingnition module and the coil are standerd gm or if the vette is different because of the tpi.

The cap, rotor and coil are standard HEI for the year. The Ignition module is TPI (or Throttle Body injected, but not in '85) specific. The Module Might be the same as an '84 with the cross fire - I really don't know.
