Plenum differences?
I'm wondering if anyone knows the physical and functional differences in the stock plenums between years? I have an 89 and was wondering if an earlier or later plenum would work? I found info online stating they are different, but I don't know why. My plans are to port the plenum (at home) and I'd rather buy a used one to practice on.

Q: Are all plenums the same?
A: NO! Sure they all work the same. There is no difference between one found on a 305 to one from a 350. The difference is in the year of manufacture and it's application. The 1985 thru 1988 cars used part # 14081006. 1989 cars used a one year only plenum # 10108468. The 1990 and up use # 10077151.
