Default Temp max 190 being 95 degrees

Had my C4 383 SuperRam out today , mostly city driving (which I hardly ever do ). It was 95 degrees with high humidity and I caught every red light. With the AC on, the temp never went past 190-195 . I'm in good hands........... How about any of you regarding temp outside and temp of your C4?

95-100 degrees here everyday. Stuck in bumper to bumper for 30 minutes the other day and never had coolant temps over 188 and oil temps over 212.

What are your cooling modifications? While there are countless threads on this topic, I always have wondered about why these cars seem to behave so differently from a temp perspective.

I was running in 94 degree heavy humidity heat this past weekend, and oil temps got to 230 with coolant in the 210s in city driving. While I am not super thrilled with 230 degree oil tempratures, considering the stroker and mods on the car, I am happy with it.

I am running a Dewitts Rad, 50/50 distilled/coolant mix, and a custom SPAL fan.

Without AC on in the same temps, coolant was around 195 with oil right around 210. At highway speeds, oil at about 200 with coolant around the upper 180s-190ish.

Default Max temps

I just drove from Orlando, Fl, to Napa, Ca, last week. 1992 Auto. Air temp on freeway was 97 degrees, water temp was 178 at 70-75mph, oil was 208, with AC on. Off freeway in traffic, air 97 degrees, water 180 to 193, at 193 both my fans come on and cool it to 180. Oil was 210 to 212, with AC on. I have a 160 thero with 2 holes drilled in it, a 3 row Griffin custon built rad and a Alum finned trans pan. Only problem on the trip was turn signal blinker went out and I replaced the flasher. Gas milage with AC on was 22mpg, without 29mpg. Daily driver also.
Oh, engine has 256,000 miles on it and still org.
