Changing the water pump over to an electric one. I've got a tube of that right stuff for the front cover, pan & pump housing install. What is the recommended sealer for the water pump bolts that go into the water? Can you use "right stuff" on the threaded areas of the bolts or is there something else?

I've had good luck with the permatex hi-temp sealant. Comes in a big tube or a small tube, its on the rack at your favorite NAPA store. It was $16 for the big tube (I was doing heads, etc).
I bought a can for use on my plane on threaded fittings over 20 years ago and has always sealed and I was always able to get fittings and gaskets apart.
There are many good choices, but make sure you use something......
Thanks for the replys. I'm new to "The right stuff" so I didn't know what to expect. I've used some permetex products in the past, so I'll use them again for the wet bolts.
