That is because you used the pink top valve stem covers and everyone knows they are rated at a higher PSI than standard. These in turn are applying more pressure on your flux capacitor and shorting out your blinkers. Only use genuine GM Parts

Before you go through all that....flush and re-fill your blinker fluid
Did you rotate the air front to back or side to side . Right side air must remain on the right side of the vehicle or it will impact directional functions.
I think it's time to replace the hydrosolator. That damn thing makes my car run funny all the time. One morning it started itself and was running in circles. I bought two, and saved some money for next time.
