steering wheel shake
My steering wheel shakes between 59-62 mph ONLY when the top is off. Similar to the front tires needing balanced. Top on, no issues. 94 LT1. Whats up?

It sounds as if you have a tire balance issue. An out of balance tire will only cause a vibration at a given speed. The car is fine below that speed and is fine over that speed.
If you had a steering/suspension issue the vibration would get progressively worse as you increased the speed of the car.

Thanks, didnt think it would be balance since it goes away when the top was on. So I guess its a little out of balance and the top just multiples the issue. Cool....and thanks again.
