ok, had a radiator hose blow, replaced all hoses and thermostat, flushed but now car runs hot , what else could it be? thinkin mite be radiator cap, any suggestions. 95 LT1 with 94,000

Id check to see if you have any air in the system, then see if any blockage in front of radiator, between ac condensor and radiator, then check mixer water and antifreeze.
Cap could be it too.

You need to "burp" the system unless you drilled a couple of holes in the tstat. To burp the system, there is a bolt in the tstat housing.
One way is to loosen that bolt when the engine is fully warmed up, then of course, retighten it.
