Bose Receiver
Can anyone tell me if the bose receiver in a 1993 corvette with a gold series radio has the same receiver as a 1990 corvette. The receiver was missing out of my car when I bought it and I am looking to replace it, someone has one out of a 1990 so i was wondering if that would work in my car. Thanks for any help you can provide.

The 1990 Bose had "gold" lettering (actually a sick orange) while the 1993 has white lettering.
If it was me, I would go dump the Bose and go with aftermarket. Much better quality and reliability!

Since I don't know the answer and I want to leave something constructive, try these. Call dealership and see if they are the same part#. See if you can try before you buy. Your system may not work after you replace this and it is quite expensive.
