I just installed the AIR pump delete kit from TPIS (great kit btw) and I'm wondering what to do with the electrical wires that plugged into the solenoid valves that were part of the air injection system.
Also the tube from the system that runs down the front of the motor...where does it go to and how tough is it to remove?

I taped the conectors together and stashed them. I removed all plumbing and if I remember, the tube goes down to the cat. conv. on the pass.side. I had cut the tube at the cat and put headers on w/hi flow cats (no AIR port). I think you will need to block the fitting going into the cat.

Needs more garlic....
mseven has it right..when I did my cats, they don't even have the provision for the tube, so I did the
"Silence of the Lambs" tuckunder with the hose....
BTW: It's a diverter valve, or A.I.R. management valve...if your cover ain't cracked, send it to me....
I just zip tied the connectors to the wiring loom to keep them out of the way.

ps - I think that tube that goes down the front of the motor just goes to some breather at the bottom. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it has a bracket just above the tensioner with one or two bolts holding it on. I removed it.
