If you're talking about a burbling sound or popping when you're slowing it's probably from the fre-er flowing exhaust and less back pressure. Pretty common with free flowing exhaust. As long as it's running OK I wouldn't worry about it.

Low restriction dual outlet mufflers will do that, especially if you have no cats. Mine "burbles" at idle. I'm changing to an LT1 catback (one outlet per muffler) and hope that solves the burbling and the resonance for me.
