Cant get the nut to brake loose even after wd40. Its now just about stripped. (the nut that attaches hard line to bottom of bracket where it threads into rubber hose fitting. Im using a 12mm line rench. What now?

Vise-Grips? If a line wrench didn't work, that's about all that's left...

Then you will have to cut if off, buy a new nut and make a new flair fitting.

Give PB Blaster a try, way better than WD40. Just my .02. Maybe you can fit a smaller line wrench on if you grind a couple of flats on the nut.

Me too. As Murphys law has it, the very last line I did on my car did this. It was too wiped out to reuse so I had to go the route of redoing the nut.

Finished the two fronts late last night. Was able to brake it with vise and PB like you guys said. Cant believe it didnt snap the hard line. I dont think Im gonna even bother doing the rear braids. I doubt it will be worth the trouble. Hopefully last question. I noticed the threaded bolt that go into the caliper that holds the brake line to it has a pin hole( fluid feed). I made sur that hole lined up with caliper hole. I dont see how fluid would get pressure to the pistons if these wernt lined up. Or no.
