Default "LINE" Wrench Sizes??

I recently saw a photo showing the use of 2 "LINE" wrenches being used
simultaneously to remove and replace the GAS/FUEL FILTER on a 1994
Corvette. One for the fuel line & one for the filter. What are the 2 sizes
of these 2 "line" wrenches? THANKS

Fuel line = 16mm
Filter = SAE 13/16"

I would prefer stubbies over line wrenches for this.

Not the complete walkthrough but some tips:
Clean the threads on the line's fittings and put anti-sieze on them.

Disconnect the lines from their retainers along the passenger side of the car and remove the lines from the retainers. (10mm)

Remove the lines from the foam-like pad just above the filter. (you'll need a new zip tie to replace the one you cut.)

Disconnect the lines from their retainer on the inboard side of the HVAC in the engine bay and remove them from the retainer.

Start both the bottom and top threads before snugging either of them. Snug them both before tightening either of them.

Don't spin the filter when the line's fitting is close to the filter. It's ok to spin the filter after you've broken it loose and turned the line's fitting a few times and it's ok to spin the filter on instal until the line is almost in contact with the filter again.

Keep a fire extinguisher at the ready until you're sure the new filter isn't leaking.
