Replacing FPR Question
I was going to replace my fuel pressure regulator this weekend, and glanced at my manual last night. It instructed to remove both fuel rails to change the FPR. Is this needed? The FRP sits on the top of the intake, and it looks like the job could be done without removal of the fuel lines. Can this be done? Need to plan how much time this will take. Thanks!

No need to remove fuel rails. Just have a set of torks wrenches. It's easier if you remove the torks screw holding the two fuel lines. You may also want to consider replacing the o-rings. You can get the o-ring kit at the local chevy dealer. the regulator replacement should take about 15 to 20 minutes
