Default Antenna wiring

90 Coupe

The antenna decided to stay in the up position, so I dug out the FSM and started studying.
Crawled under the car and found 2 loose wires ( dark green & white ) and one wire with a wire nut on the end ( gray ).
It looks like the antenna has been replaced as there are only 2 wires, plus the ground, coming from the motor, one red the other blue.
The FSM shows that the dark green feeds the motor, the white initiates the up and the gray pulls it down.
Now, since I have no wires connected, does anyone have an idea on how to tie the 3 wires into 2?
Thanks

...at one time my 88 did the same thing..inside my antenna housing, there is an "electrical cam" of sorts that when the antenna goes to it full travel either up or down, the cam will now position the antenna to go the other way when you hit the switch....my "cam" contact had a worn spot on it so, i slightly bent the contact over a fraction and it has worked for 3 years w/o a problem,,,,,
