I believe that it is a felpro gasket number 1204. That is what I remember installing when I put on the mini-ram. I am running the later model l-98 heads with no port work and the gasket fit perfectly. I know my mini-ram was set up to match a 1204 and I was told that this was the original port size for these heads. If you wanted to doublecheck you could just call tpis (952) 448-6021. Hopefully this helps.
