How do I take FX3 shocks off?
I need to take my leaking FX3 shocks off and can't get the upper part to come apart. How do I? Right now, cheap shocks are going on and I will send the FX3 ones off to Bilstein to see if they can be repaired.

Don't understand the question.
Are you turning the nut, but the whole shaft rotates with it? If so, put an allen wrench in the top of the shaft to keep it from turning. Might need to drill a small hole in the fender dust shield.

If you don't want to put your FX3s back on, would you consider selling them and the actuators? I only need the front right, but may be interested in all if you decisde to sell.

Im going to send the shocks to be rebuilt, sorry. There was so much crap on my shocks, I didn't see the little ring keeping the actuator on.
