I talked to Lingenfelter when he was alive about it and he said to set for 0.54. High Tech Motorsport, same thing. Jim Formato (fasterproms), ditto

I replaced the CTS, turned closed the throttle a little bit, and adjusted TPS to .62, seems to idle ok. I adjusted the valves today, the passenger valve cover was a real pain to get off!! I am also getting an occasional code 13, usually when driving steady for a while. It usually goes out after a while of stop and go driving, I've checked for vacuum leaks, and the 02 sensor is new.

Is it a single wire sensor or a 2 or 3 wire sensor? Maybe it is getting too cold and falling out of loop?

13 means no signal - usually a bad connection - if the connector is old and brittle, try some duct tape.

I put a 3 wire sensor on, with a new connector, soldered and heat shrinked, so I don't think thats it.

I think you are past the point of simple fixes. You are going to have to get a scanner to see what the O2 readings are.

I think you're right, I have tried unsuccesfully to try and link both Datamaster and Tunerpro last year, I need to try again. I heard the 90's are hard to get to connect sometimes.
I went for a short drive awhile ago, and it seems ok.
