Default Crossfire loosing fuel pressure

My 84 crossfire has been stalling and cutting out for a while now and I wasnt quite sure where to start. Then I noticed that when I put a load on the engine that one of the throttle bodies doesnt appear to be spraying as much fuel as the other.

I put a fuel pressure gauge on it and found that at idle I have about 12-13psi of fuel pressure, when I put a load on the engine it drops to about 10psi. Other than the fuel pump is there anything else that would cause this. Also how do I get to the fuel pump on this car.

Bad fuel pump or clogged fuel filter.

Replacing the fuel pump is easy and you don't have to drain the tank.

You can install a TPI or LT1 fuel pump, they are better than the 1984 pump.

The fuel filter is bolted to the inside of the frame rail behind the right front wheel.
