Is there a way to remove drivers side plug wires from opti dist. with out removing a/c comp, alt.,ps pump? Any hints or help with "how to" would be great, or is that the only way? I have plugs replaced but was stopped by this difficult looking, minor task. Thanks
Thats a good idea for routing wires, but also can only touch ends of old wires on opti, cannot get grip to remove or replace. Is there any acess from under car? Or is only option to remove said accessories? Thanks

Oh! as for that, with the belt off the tensioner pulley moves itself out of the way.
I did this when I did my water pump and opt, so some things were removed anyway, but I would say to remove the belt and tensioner, that is just one bolt and also the power steering pump pulley. You will need to loosen the ps pump to feed the wires in between the pump and a bracket. I don't think you need to remove anything else. It is a pain to run the wires under there no matter what you do, just take your time, make notes before you take any wires out, label all the new wires and oh yeah, take your time.
