Good video. If you remember, I purchased a set of injectors from you for my stock LT1 and a week later blew-up that engine. I then purchased a new long block 383 and needed larger injectors. I was ready to purchase 30lb'ers from you when you suggested I just send the originals back to you and you would re-size them to 30 lbs. Thanks for that suggestion! You saved me a good bit of money and the revised injectors are working great! Data logging of the new engine shows I am getting the correct amount of fuel. Thanks again. Ron
Seems it's much cheaper to modify an injector than buy new ones.
Is the injector guaranteed when you're done?
I don't think there is many guys that can make the tools to do it. I made all my jigs on my bridgeport. I have been doing it for some race teams for years. Plus selling injectors for a lot of foriegn cars where big injectors are not available. So I made some tools and adapted the process to the Bosch 3. We guarantee them also for 3 years and all sets sold are kept in our data base referencing the size and date we made them. Then if they do need another I can duplicate it easy. There is a lot of savings this way and the end result is the same. We also have a complete line of modified new injectors for Mitsubishi, Honda, and Mazda up to 1180 cc/min or 110lbs
