There is a weird buzzing sound that comes from behind the fuse pannel. This buzzing only comes on when I open the door with the interior lights. If I pull the 20A fuse that runs the interior lights the buzzing stops, or if I open the trunk the buzzing stops and if I close the trunk the buzzing starts again.
I know the buzzing is comming from the fuse pannel or something right behind it, but I don't know what is back there that would be causing this noise.
If anybody knows what this could be and/or how to fix it I'd really like to know. Thanks

Could be the COURTESY LIGHT DELAY TIMER. Mine didn't make any noise, just would turn on the lights anytime, and get burning hot. Its under the pass side dash, little black/or white box http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb....5FAZZE~Z5Z5Z52. I just removed it and now the lights only work when I twist the headlight switch.
Thatnks for the help. I'll have to see if I can rip it apart this weekend and find the part to replace. It helps alot knowing what the part looks like.
This is a '93, but that is in my profile if you wanted to look.
Why should anyone have to go looking for your year vette? If you want help, then provide a good description of your problem and what year Corvette you are asking about. Sometimes the year vette posters ask about doesn't happen to be the one in their profile. Many of us that answer questions here want to help others and we do so on our own time, the very least you could do is provide as much information as possible.

So was it more work for you to not answer the question at hand, but to ask another question that could have been answered with a single click?
What's the point of having a signature with all my info in it if no one looks at it?
Back to the issue, the GM dealer couldn't find any kind of a part like that for the car. So it looks like I'm going to have to pull the kick pannel off and find the part and bring to them. If anybody knows a part number for this part it would help.
It was the interior light delay relay that is controlled by the CCM. I believe it was doing that because the 5A CTSY fuse was blown. I'm not sure how it was causing it, but by swapping out the relay it did the same thing. I then checked all of the fuses and found that one blown. After swapping it and putting the relay back in it is working perfectly now.
So if anybody is having the same problem, check the fuses first.
