Missing cover over the wiper control?
That resistor just hanging out in the breeze (inside of the door panel) has me wondering if there is supposed to be something covering the wiper control bottom side up? I didn't see any indication of that in my GM parts catalog, but one never knows for sure because it could be hiding in some later edition or on some other page. :D Thanks, ~Juliet
