The high pressure line running from the evaporator to the condenser is leaking, at the condenser, and possibly at the valve. Not so concerned about the valve, replacing the schrader valve might do it, but the condenser leak is bad.
I can't find anybody who's making a replacement line (dealer says they are discontinued), and with the pressure sensor/switch on the line could be interesting.
Anybody know of a place that carrier the line.
Or does anybody know what fittings are on the evaporator and consensor. Are they -AN fitting? If so I should be able to make/midify a line to work.
You might want to check to see if someone can fix it in your area. A friend had an AC line fixed by a local shop. It was a lot cheaper than buying a new one.
I have used a Hose and Tubing shop in my area.. check the yellow page for a local shop or a Truck and tractor shop that does Hose and Tubing, also look up Hydraulic lines...
I was able to have my shop guy build new and custom lines, hose and tubing.
I bought one used from Vette2Vette a few years back for around $45.00 if I remember right. It came with both switches. These are good guys and a supporting vendor.

You stated "leaking at the condenser" are you sure it's not a o-ring problem--if it is in fact the hose--- as you said it is NOT available thru GM---I'd try online for some wrecking yards which have Vettes OR as was stated in a couple of posts many companies make up lines/hoses--in my case since I've used them --NAPA comes to mind.

NAPA has custom made you lines before?
The system has been torn apart, new o-rings, R134A change over, replaced evaporator, and pressure switches. Spent a bit of money, but I will have AC!
J and D corvette, Bellflower, Ca. New and used parts. They have a website and do mail order. They are the only ones that have had EVERYTHING I have ever needed. They have all the discontunied stuff too. Used from their salvage yard. .

Yes--when I had my own shop 9 years ago NAPA made some AC lines/hoses (we have a large warehouse locally here that's where it was done) usually was a 2 day process---I don't know whether they still do---I would have to believe someone still would --simply for the older car market---if not I'd try "used" online--it'll likely just take some time online.
