smoke?

I just got done putting my car back together after having it decommisioned for about 2 months. Cranked it up everything seems fine, but then from the passenger side aft on the engine back there is smoke coming. I don't know what it is, it doesn't seem like a toxic fume or anything i was try to smell it and look down in there. It was more of a white or light gray. It wasn't very thick almost like a steam. I replaced the waterpump, cap, rotor, and wires. I couldn't see anything burning. Please someone help me! Is it just some burn off from not running so long? 95 LT1 Auto

Any info so tired of playing with this car.
