Window Help?
How do I adjust the window up limit. What I mean is how do I stop the motor from running after the window is all the way up. On the driver side when the window reaches it's upper most closed position the window switch just stops- silently. Even if you keep it pressed it does nothing. Nice.
I replaced the window ribbon on the passenger side. When the window is all the way up, the gear on the motor keeps on running and it makes a loud clicking noise like it's trying to force the window up even farther. It's hitting the stop on the left and it's going in the guide on the right. So their must be another item to limit the window travel?
I've been working on this for a few days and ended up ordering the Factory Service Manual but it won't be here for a while.
