What is this part?
What is that pulley right next to the alternator pulley? Mine is bend but I cant seem to find out what the heck it is in my manual. It looks like it is connected to the alternator and I think it has oil and lines going into it. 86 corvette

If it's towards the center of the motor and slightly above the alternator, it's the AIR pump. There are no oil lines to it and the only other lines are for the air being sent thru the AIR system to the exhaust manifolds.
It would be pretty hard to bend that pulley. Replacement AIR pumps are available and I believe they come with pulleys.
