Will 2001 Headlight Control Module sork for 1990?

Will 2001 Headlight Control Module work for 1990?
My headlights will not go up and down when turned on. It doesn't appear to be getting power. I believe it's the headlight contol module. I checked the wires from the module to the motor and they are fine. Does anyone know if a 2001 corvette module will work in the 1990? They look the same.
