I guess it depends on their use and your funds as to which you decide to purchase. If you have the $$'s I would go for the newer version but if $$'s are an issue I think you'll be OK with the older version.
I currently run 30lb SVO's on my 396 which work great!

Just like John Wayne, Honest & True Grit! He'll help you and do it out of real concern for your satisfaction. I've used him and highly recommend him. Tell him what you want to do and he'll guide you in the right direction. He knows race & custom tunings so don't hold back info or questions. He really does know his injectors.

I got burned by Fiveomotorsports. I ordered new Bosch injectors from them. I paid about $400.00. I ended up with used crappy injectors. When I called Fiveo about a refund some guy insulted me and hung up. I did get all my money back after I filed a dispute.
I read about other forum members that got burned with bad rebuilt injectors. The complaints included getting the wrong sized injectors or injectors that would not fit. Sometimes the rebuilts worked worse than the old OEM injectors.
My take on the situation was that all internet injector rebuilders were selling used injectors scavenged from salvage yards. I assumed that the used injectors were cleaned and sold as rebuilt.
When Jon Banner from FIC injectors joined the forum I assumed he was like Fiveomotorsports and some of the other rebuilders. I was in the market for injectors. Jon offered me a set of his Bosch lll injectors for free. The only catch was I had to post the before and after results.
I turned his offer down. I also said some things that were not very nice about injector rebuilders. I didn't want to take a chance with rebuilts because changing injectors on a superamed L98 is no easy job. I wanted it right the 1st time. I installed a new set of 24 lb. Trickflow injectors.
I have to admit I was dead wrong about Jon and FIC. I have read nothing but praise for his injectors and his customer service. Sometimes it's good to be wrong.
I'm sorry now that I didn't take Jon's offer. The Trickflows are fine but I think the Bosch lll would have worked well also. I was concerned about using rebuilts because I had no way of knowing how long they would last. Later I found out that Jon gives a 3 year warranty. I could have saved $299.00.
I know nothing about Blue Oval but I would not be worried about buying from FIC.
If you have to have new injectors, the Trickflow 24 lb. should work in your Vette. Here's a link to the Trickflow injectors.
