Default Antenna problemo

Hi, I have had my ´91 vette now since Aug 2005.

The normal problems in the beginning with the stereo (bose gold), squeeking speakers and such.

Sent the whole stereo including cdm and amps to FCSR in Florida.

They fixed it well I guess, because it was working when I put it back in.

Only thing is the lights in the stereo and the SCV are not working, probably something in the CCM.

Has been working fine since I got it back, but now the antenna started acting up.

Sometimes it extends when I turn on the stereo, but not always.

I have the FSM for ´91 (both red copies) and have done the troubleshooting to the point where it says to check for open or short to ground in ckt 143.

The troubleshooting test showed everything OK til the point mentioned above.

How do you easily test the capacitor between terminals B and C on the C1 connector?

Is it possible to ohm the capacitor or something like that?

TIA.
