Default LT4 click clack noise

Alright, I have a clack/tick noise(s) that are beginning to make me a little nervous. I have scoped everything everywhere. At idle it's pretty much the normal sewing machine of the aluminum rockers. The #5 seems to tick a little louder.

At 2500 to 3500 it turns into a clacking. Beyond 4K all I hear is engine.

The other concern I have and it may be related, is moisture between the heads and the block. Of course my first thought was the dreaded head gasket, but on both sides equally? At the same time? There was also the same stuff in the spark plug recesses. Changed the plugs, threads seemed okay, no relief.

My thoughts are as follows, but not totally sure how to diagnose.

Exhaust leak.
Injector, though the scope didn't hear anything unusual.
Lifter
Rockers, but they appeared to be torqued to the proper 18ft lb

Oil pressure normal as in 20+ at idle warm. 40-45 otherwise.
Coolant temps normal
Acceleration and cruising good, smooth idle for LT4, no vibrations.
No smoke, steam, or liquid from exhaust, or smells.

Long shot thought, Dual Mass flywheel going bad?
BTW, scoped the block and the oil pan, the noise is definitely from top end. Thanks for any help, I just don't have the $$ to fix stuff that ain't broken.
