Z06 Rims.. Keyed Lugnuts???

Z06 Rims.. Keyed Lugnuts???
Just got my car and it has 2000 Z06 rims.... Problem is it has the keyed lugnuts on it.. Of course it came w/o the key.. Did these rims come with a standard key??? Can I get a new one??? How do I get these things off???

The guy who had this car had NO IDEA what he was doing with it....
Heres the tally of stuff I have found so far...
Stereo rewired with stinger wires... Did he use those... NO... He runs walmart wires through the center console to the rear...
Antenna... no hooked up..
Center console shifter plate/panel.. removed, recovered in pleather, and cupholder fiberglassed shut...
Windshield wipers so deterioated that there was no plastic left... Left scratches on windshield.....
list goes on.... I havent even begun to climb under the hood... But it was REALLY cheap... and I absoultly LOVE my C4 vettes.... I missed my 92 so bad it only took 10 months to get another.....
