You have to remove the hush pad on the passanger side. Lay on your back, look up under the dash. You will see it just to the right of the Multiuse panel and to the left of the ECM. Get a long screwdriver or something like that. Pass it up behind the flasher and pop it out. (Its on a "C" clip that goes about two thrids around the flasher. You will have just enough wire to pull it down to change it.
