You can lower the rear a little bit, but not the front.
You can look at one of the lowering DIY's floating around here for pictures and specifics, because the rear kit is simply longer bolts than stock. You can take the nut on the bottom of the bolt (supporting the underside of the spring) on each side and back it off to the very bottom of the bolt. That's as low as you can go on stock gear.
