Is this my problem
I ohm'ed my injectors today and all but 2 read 16.0 to 16.9, the bad ones read 03.0 and 12.6. I guess that is why my car is running that bad. I haven't checked the fuel pressure yet but I think it may be ok.

Yep, they would be a problem. Contact Jon at FIC Injectors, they give a smoken deal to forum members, and do a search on Sam Lam, he has a writeup on how to install the injectors.

Here is a nice step-by-step on injector replacement on LT1/LT4. Its the same .pdf I used when I replaced the ones in my '92.
