I have 86 coupe with tilt and telescopic. Will a Grant wheel fit with just a reg adapter, or need something special with telescopic. I like the look and feel and have had good luck with them.
Re: Installing Grant Steering Wheel. (black86targa)
You need the special adaptor for the telescopic column (and it's about
an extra $100). I put one in my '85 and I'm like you, I really like the feel
of the grant wheel.
Grant and MOMO both have nice selection of different wheels. I dont know if either has a website. You can see Grants at most parts stores. Grants are from about $40 up, needs a column adapter for about $20 more. Only about a 1/2 hour install. Ill have to check on the telescopic adapter, never seen one.
MOMO are 2 or 3 times higher. OEM on most Mercedes AMG, Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche.
