Hey guys,
My right front rotor squeeks like hell. Its the only one too. I guess the rotor is glazed and needs to be turned. My question is, can i do something else to stop the squeek without taking off the rotor? If not, how much does it cost to have it turned? Thanks.
Go out to a highway.. get up to 120mph and slam the brakes :D . Hold them until the car comes to a stop and you will have burned the glaze off. All done.
My brakes are the GS upgrade with 13" rotors, and with just city driving during the school year, they never really get hot enough to burn off stuff like that, so I have to go out and do this to keep them from squeeling.
