ECU Keeps Blowing
hi,
my friend has a 1990 corvette that keeps blowing the ecu. does anybody have any ideas on what to look for? we have access to a scan tool but as soon as you hook it up it blows. ive soldered it twice now. please help.
a little background, im in the Air Force stationed in japan and i work in vehicle maintenance.
