I have posted the problems that I am having with my 93 vette. Up to this point, they have been corrected through the advice of the members of this forum. I still have the cold start problem with the check engine light. It will start up run for about 15 sec. and go dead. When I hook my scan tool to the system whenever the car goes dead it will show a code 41 open est circuit It will do this until the car reaches 120*F, and then it runs fine. Before it would run and go dead until it went to closed loop.I checked for vacuum leaks and found none. but the car seems to run very rich on cold start up. Black smoke. IAC works find. What might this thing be. Could I need pcmforless to burn me a chip? I checked all the wires and found no problems. If my car does have an open circuit why does it run fine when it gets warm? IMHO sounds like issues to do with fuel delivery. Maybe check fuel pressure and injectors. Good Luck.
