L98 part throttle flat spot
Just rebuilt my 85 L98 with a few upgrades.Comp Cams 268 XFI roller cam,1.6 roller rockers,Pro Comp heads-190 cc runners 2.02/1.60,Edelbrock intake and runners,ported Plenum,Hedman long tube headers-1 5/8" primary tubes.It already had a hypertech chip with no cats and Flowmaster mufflers.Problem is that it has a bad part throttle flat spot.Idles good,and when it revs past the flat spot it pulls good.I've set the base timing at 4,6,and 8 degrees btdc and reset the throttle position sensor.I thought it must be a vacuum leak but if it is I can't find it. Any ideas?
