new cam need tune?
I have an 89, that I just put a crane cams 104224 into

I finally got it running and timed. It has a slight surge at light throttle. but I think it actually has less performance than the stock cam. Will a tune help it out? I really would like to try to setup a tune myself, if this is what it needs. any help would be appreciated.
