What type of fluid did you use? I've used both the factory fill and Castrol synthetic with no such problems.
You can also try bleeding/replacing the clutch fluid. This could certainly cause problems getting it into gear. The procedure is pretty simple. I've seen a few posts, so if you do a search, I'm sure you'll find it. You should really do this once a year, but hardly anyone does.
Mine does that somewhat. I can stil go in gear but its an extra effort when its really cold. Sounds like the hydraulic fluid needs some warming up first.
I've had the same problem with mine. I socialized the issue a while back, and many thought it could be a problem with the flywheel. I haven't driven the car since as it's been in the shop, so I haven't had a chance to investigate as of yet.

I feel your pain, man. As someone said earlier, your clutch is not engaging all the way. It doesn't matter if you "notice" it slipping or not, it is not releasing enough to go into gear. You may be low on fluid for your clutch. Have you checked it? Mine has been leaking for about a year now and when it gets low I experience the same problem. However, now the clutch is very worn and I can feel it slipping. So, I am going to replace the clutch and both of the hydraulic cylinders. How many miles on your car? Anyway, pray that it is only the clutch. The clutch is far less expensive than the ZF6.
