1990 Stereo Speaker Issues
The rear speakers on my 90 vette don't work, i replaced the speakers and still they don't work. Is this an issue with the built in bose amps? is there a way to bypass the amps and just hook the speakers straight to the stereo? Would appreciate any help, it kinda sucks cruising in the all-american sports car and not being able to jam some tunes!

It could be numerous things with these stereos. I had issues with mine and finally put an after market in. Much more reliable and I think sounds a bit better as well. Keep your original radio, if for what ever reason you want to return it back to stock.

I fixed my amps by replacing all capacitors on amp board.I used this for the location of caps. Hope link is ok. Just to a document. http://ww.zr1netregistry.com/Bose2.pdf
