When i floor it it bogs down at about 3k rpm then goes back to normal at about 4k. I tested the fuel pressure and it was good any ideas what might be wrong. Also It dosent seem to have as much power as it use to at all, any ideas.
Did you test the fuel pressure statically, or when the car was under load? HUGE difference. I had mine showing a steady fuel pressure but when the car was floored on the dyno, the fuel pressure went down. I fixed it with a 255gpm fuel pump............Hope that helps!

P.S. I also noticed this type of behavior on my 96 when the fuel tank gets below ~5 gals of gas left in the tank.

Also check your fuel filter, it can show good pressure with a partially clogged filter but when you floor it the fuel can't get through fast enough to keep up. Also may be the pump strainer sock..WW
Yea i just bought a new fuel filter. Where is it on the car tho? I hate looking in the service manual i cant find any thing in there and its actually a 91 l98

Better get used to it, the manual will be your best friend. It is just inside the frame rail behind the front wheel on the pass side. Look it up in the manual though, there are steps that will make it a lot less messy.
