I've seen the Twin Turbo hood from the page you linked.
My impression of their quality is so-so. There were muliple depressions in the hood due to drying issues. Probably, the hood wasn't blocked well enough before paint. Also, the fit to the door seams was horrible.
(Note: I feel there is a flaw in the GM mold because the pass side does not meet like it should. All aftermarket molds have this flaw because they create molds from the GM version).
The bottom line is I would not buy a stinger hood (or any hood from Vanacor's). The exception would be if you were good with fiberglass and wanted to build a fully-custom project. For this "stinger" option, consider making one on your own. The stinger hood looks to be a normal hood with a C2 big block scoop grafted to the surface. Look at the Greenwood hood scoop as another option (if a scoop is what you want). That way, you retain the strength/fit of the factory hood underneath the scoop.
If you need a whole new hood, consider Toledo Pro as your best option for getting a well-made aftermarket piece. Their fit/finish is best. They will require some blocking as well -- but not to the degree Vanacor's does. And, their seams are done well too.
COPO did an awesome job of grafting an SS late model Camaro stinger scoop to his C4.
think he wants a hise rise. on the other forum there are a couple with L-88 scoop moulded in. I have also thought that a real stinger scoop set down into the c4 hood would look good

I wanted to do the stinger but I needed the extra height of the L88 scoop. I would love to see one with a stinger if it is found
I've seen & heard great things about the Toledo Pro. I like the L-88. I'd just like to see what a stinger would look like on the C4. That's all.
Also, here is a link to a hi-rise version of the stock C4 hood for a Pro Mod, which could be re-enforced & molded to fit the original C4 (See the 6th pic on the left from the top)...
